Los Angeles and Teton Valley based artist exploring the intersection of creativity and the spiritual.  Hint: that includes everything.  Most at home when surrounded by nature, especially in the mountains, Kristen has pursued painting since childhood with significant investment along the way raising her four super talented kids and an off and on career in construction design and management.  Kristen holds a BFA in Fine Art emphasizing in painting from the University of Southern California. Themes from the natural world such as birds, flowers, & landscapes along with symbols evoking a deeper meaning constantly appear in her work as well as frequent incorporation of  the use of wood, woodworking, carving, wire and metal leafing.
